Casa Sophia - anyone have experiences?

I just stumbled upon a place called Casa Sophia - does anyone how to contact the owner directly? I doubt Locogringo would ask if the owner will extend the special to cover my dates but at $2900 I may would splurge for it...anyone familiar?
