Soooo - y'all even sent AJ to track me down via email to "ask" about the TR, eh?

In summary - I suppose I should get to it. The mourning period is over, and the new ticker is still waaaaaaay off. We've been working and training for Triathlons in the Texas heat, so writing up our trip has been on the back burner.

nope..... but I'm really glad we were in Akumal instead of back home....... I actually took a series of photos that morning over the course of about 45 minutes, didn't even realize the date until about a month afterwards....... I framed a 3 pic sequence and it still hangs on my office wall next to a framed first page of the San Antonio Express News with GW's speech fro 9/21.
