Got back from 8 days in PDC last Wed.
Spent Sunday at El Parasio beach club.
First time to the beach in Tulum.

love it so much.
Will definately go back to spend a few days
next trip.Just thought I'd let you know how cool I thought it was.
Great site and members.

Glad you made it Hawk! I was there Saturday evening around 6pm and brother, it was packed! I had never seen it like that. I had to shuffle down to Don Cafeto's beach palapa for a few $2 beers and so I could spectate the locals soccer game.

El Paraiso is the best beach club in the area. The ambiance is pure tropical paradise! I'm glad the blue beds and techno music are gone!

What have they got now instead of the blue beds? I like those!

Uh, I laid on the blue and white striped ones but I believe the thick blue pads are still there. There was no music while I was there though. And the beach is nice. I like how it falls away from the shore very slowly so you can walk out a long ways. It wasn't like that in front of CT but was similar in front of Suenos.

The beach beds at Paraiso were beige last time I was there, and it was dead empty, but it was late in the day on a weekday in early March.

If one was to take a long stroll from there,
which way would you guys go for the nicest views ect.?
I am thinking, from looking at aireal shots that heading
south would be a more secenic hike.
TIA, Craig.;)

Heading north, you get a pretty dramatic view of the ruins perched up on the cliff. But south is nice too.

You can only walk on the beach south a few hundred yards before you hit rocky cliffs, but you can grab a taxi and have it drop you at the Ana y Jose beach club, where you can cut over to the beach and walk south for miles and miles without seeing another rock.
Or you can have it drop you all the way at the south end of the beach and work your way back north.
Either way, it's all sand and sea and cool hotels to look at!
