They are working, I saw several people around that were obviously workmen. If at all possible, I think we should give them our business to support their comeback..they aren't quite there yet, but they will be.

Okay so maybe it would be helpful to send some business their way, lord knows they deserve it, but good golly we have to start keeping some of these places to ourselves, amigos!!!!! Otherwise everyone will flock there, prices will go up even higher, and we'll be SOL!!!!! ;)

I agree, Phyllis. The reason the area is booming and getting pricier, is because we talk about it so much. That being said, I know that Suenos will come back better than ever. We hope to be back next spring, if only for a few days at Suenos, before moving to less expensive accomodations.
