What a great trip! With a few glitches of course, I will have to wait to post a trip report until Twirls returns, she has the camera and is in Mexico until Friday.
Tita Tulum-lost our reservations, but had no problem billing our cc for the night we didn't get to stay there. Anyone staying there should contact them to confirm their reservation.
We ended up at Vista Del Mar on Half Moon Bay, but spent an entire day walking the beach in Tulum and checking out the sites. Got some pictures of Suenos, it ain't good folks, at least not from the outside, I did not venture inside..they have alot to do before they return to what they once were. The Ejido signs are still up along the beachroad and on the beach, but they are indeed open. I know they will get everything done in time, but if you are staying with them in the near future, be sure to be understanding of their hard work and that perhaps they are not yet back to full speed. I did see work going on there, so I know they are going full steam ahead with their efforts and it's won't be long before they are once again that lovely little place that was just perfect!
Vista Del Mar..A+. Just perfect for a visiit to the area if you are traveling around a bit and not spending all your time on the beach at the hotel. Will definitely stay here again if I need to.
