another newbie!

Just wanted to make myself "official" here.

I've traveled to PDC and points south for the last 10 years and have made close to 15 trips but had my first overnight stays in Tulum in March. Needless to say I fell in love.;)

I've been quite the lurker around here and I've been a member on PI for 3 years so I've been well trained on how to avoid making newbie 'mistakes'....but I promise nothing:p

We stayed 2 nights at Casa de Meil...a beautiful place that I can't get out of my head.

Later in the week, we felt the need to escape Playa so we went back down for the day to hang on the beach and met Beachreader while she was staying there! I read her trip report and looks like she stayed in the same room I did. I watched the sunrise over the ocean from my bed....how cool is that?!

MinnieMex...I'm the one who always forgets to take pictures:o. I just have my friends put their pics on disc for me when we get home!! :p

A very nice friend gave me a camera for my b-day last year (seems like a hint, huh?) so I guess I'd better start using it.;)
